Epic Glam would like to express the appreciation to each individual client, you are truly a blessing. The atmosphere at the salon should always be inviting and relaxing for everyone. You will be treated with the upmost respect and Epic Glam expects the same in return. Please read and take in consideration the  policies listed below. Thank you!
  • Epic Glam reserves the right to refuse service from any individual who maybe insubordinate, conflicting of interest, or not in correlation to the type of service Epic Glam provides.
  • Due to limited seating, only clients having services done are allowed.
  • If for any reason you cant make your appointment Epic Glam asks that you call 24 hours before your scheduled time to either reschedule or cancel. Any patrons who do not call nor show, will be charged their service full price.
  • Epic Glam will provide services to all races, genders, and cultures and would like for everyone to be respected, therefore we ask that no one expel the use of profanity, racist comments, the talk of politics/ religion, or talk of those with alternative lifestyles while in the salon.  Certain comments can be offensive and will be tolerated.  
  • All personal checks are excepted, however in the event that your check is returned, Epic Glam will no longer except future checks from you and a $25.00 fee will be added to your next service as well as previous balance. Please be advised that this policy is strongly enforced and  absolutely  no resolution will be used to grant check privelages back once its returned.
  • If for any reason you have a problem with your hair or services provided, please know that your stylist is willing to listen and resolve. Epic Glam asks that you disclose any problems with your stylist at the time of your service and before you leave the salon. Epic Glam will no longer be responsible  for refund or redos once you leave the salon for a period of 24 hours.
  • All services are based on a first come first serve basis so please know that all walkin clients may have a longer wait time than those who already have an scheduled appointment;  especially on FRI- SAT because of high business volumns. It is best to call first before visiting the salon or book your appointment online.
  • Epic Glam asks that children who are not getting services done be left with a care provider at the time of service.
